摘　要：目的 探明睪丸間質細胞及淋巴管的超微結構。方法 灌流固定後半薄超薄切片光鏡和電鏡下觀察。結果 睪丸間質細胞有二種亞群，各有其特點。淋巴管存在於縱隔內，小葉內未見典型淋巴管。結論睪丸間質細胞分明細胞和暗細胞二種，縱隔內有豐富的淋巴管及毛細淋巴管，而小葉內則存在廣泛的淋巴間隙。

abstract：objective fine ultrastructure of interstitial cell and lymphatics in the testis. methods after fixation by perfusion seem and fractured tissue, by light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. results inmediastinum testis exists straight lymphatic, in interstitial tissue haven’t straight lymphatic. conclusions in interstitial tissue tissue encircled of the individual seminiferous tubules and have spaces. interstitial cell idevide into two: light and dark.
